CRIMINAL DEFENSE
Tracey Powell is experienced in helping clients charged with DWI/DUI first through fourth offenses, drug possession/distribution/paraphernalia, theft, domestic abuse, burglary, malfeasance in office, obstruction of justice, forgery, and various other felonies and misdemeanors throughout southeast Louisiana. Her main focus in criminal law is DWI/DUI and felony drug cases. She is one of only 14 attorneys in the State of Louisiana (the only one in Slidell) that is a member of the National College for DUI Defense (See her listing and biography on www.ncdd.com).
Tracey knows the law and knows what flaws to look for in the District Attorney's case, and what challenges can be made to the evidence presented against you. She understands that being charged with a crime is very scary and very serious, and she will guide you through the process with compassion and more importantly, answers!
